the staff were very kind. they got my bags tagged and took them to a safe spot. the room was pretty spacious, it's a manhattan hotel after all.

the aircon on the first night was too hot. it was controlled centrally.

The location was alright. It was close to a subway stop.

The room was not great. the air conditioning did not work well. It was either too hot or too cold. also, the breakfast area was messy. Tables were not cleaned properly after guests finished eating.

i am grateful for the convenient location, near several metro stations. the locked lobby doors at night provided a great feeling of safety. i found the daily replacement of linen and towels a welcome bonus. the room was always clean and well maintained.

i noticed the absence of fresh fruit at breakfast. the breakfast room was not always promptly cleaned after guests had finished eating. it was not a major issue, but something to consider.

The front desk staff were very helpful during check-in, explaining all the hotel amenities, it was really valuable. they responded quickly to requests and provided useful information about nearby restaurants. I appreciate this attention. i found every person i encountered gave great service.

The room was super clean and modern. I really liked the daily replacement of linens and towels. Breakfast had good variety,. Staff being friendly.

My room was very small. It also lacked a closet, a slight inconvenience.
